Maison Remoissenet Père et Fils has more than a century of winemaking history in Burgundy, France and is one of Beaune's wealthiest domaines. The estate was established in 1877, at a 14th-Century building in Beaune and is best known for its grand and premier Cru Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. It owns owns 13 hectares (32 acres) of vineyard land in Beaune and Gevery-Chambertin. Grand cru wines of the estate, both white and red, see up to 100 percent new French oak in the ageing process, and reds are neither fined nor filtered.
